Aimee Filan Anderson, daughter of Olaus and Minnie Filan, was born near Hay, Washington, in Whitman County and grew up on a wheat ranch. After high school graduation from Wa Hi in Walla Walla, Washington, she attended Northwest College in Kirkland, Washington.
On April 9, 1954, Aimee married Albert E. Anderson, an evangelist and minister in the Assemblies of God. Together they traveled throughout the U.S. while holding evangelistic meetings, until they accepted their first pastorate in 1957.
For fifty-nine years, lacking one month to the day (as of March 9, 2013), Aimee was a minister’s wife. She has ministered as a Sunday School Superintendent, church pianist, and a leader in church organizations. She, also, still is an Ordained (THE FELLOWSHIP) Minister. Over the past years, Aimee helped her husband pastor ten (10) different churches throughout the State of Washington. While their six children, Deborah, Rebecca, Mary, Eunice, Mark, and Jonathan were still living at home, the Anderson family performed numerous musical concerts.
As of August 23, 2022, in addition to being blessed with four daughters and two sons, her family now includes four sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, thirty-four (34) grandchildren (including the ones who have married into our family), and twenty-eight (28) great grandchildren, which brings the grand total to seventy-three (73) children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Praise the Lord!
April 9, 2013, was Albert and Aimee’s 59th anniversary, which they missed celebrating together on this earth, by only one month to the day. All praise be to God for all of those wonderful years of love and companionship!
Aimee has authored and/or co-authored nine (9) books, also, co-produced one (1) movie, A MURDER OF INNOCENCE (2018), based on her first book, BROKEN, YET TRIUMPHANT.

Aimee authored her first book BROKEN, YET TRIUMPHANT, in 1983. It is a, Memoir, based upon her true-life story. The movie, A MURDER OF INNOCENCE (Trailer and personal Interview with Aimee), was produced in (2018), based on Aimee’s first book, BROKEN, YET TRIUMPHANT.
SUNSHINE THROUGH CLOUDS, in 2001, is the sequel to her first book, her deceased husband became the co-author. A courtroom, and familial drama – the way of justice and forgiveness is not always an easy path followed.
Albert and Aimee, then co-authored a series of books (4), on the corruption that is often present within the Church Leadership and United States Government. It is nothing but the candid truth of illegal activities that occurred in churches from the very people who often preach about following God’s laws. The Corruption revealed in the Church leadership, years ago, is still prevalent, today, in the Church leadership and United States Government, Political World.
The first of the Expose¢ Book Series was, WHITED SEPULCHRES, in 1996, followed by its sequel, A GENERATION OF VIPERS, in 2001. Thereafter, its sequel, WHITE COLLAR CRIME IN THE CHURCH, in 2004, and its sequel, GRAND JURY MYSTERY, in 2008.
Aimee and Albert co-authored their fascinating love story, action-filled story-book (their MEMOIR), based on some of their true-life experiences, OUR AWESOME JOURNEY, in 2014. Aimee finished this book and published it after her dear husband, Albert, was called to his Heavenly home. Aimee, then authored, A LEGACY OF LOVE LETTERS, in 2019. Followed by, I HAVE KEPT THE FAITH, in 2021.
